CO-CREATING A FUTURE PROOF MURRAY REGION WORKSHOP

Workshop – 9.00am – 11.30am – Henry’s Bridge Hotel, 1 Hopwood Place Echuca

In this collaborative, engaging and interactive workshop, we’ll be opening up and examining the issues underlying how we provide information services to Visitors in our region.

Facilitated by Peter Turner from Customer Frame, we’ll be engaging you on a journey of:
• why information provision is critical to region success
• connecting to the need for change
• understanding where we are today – obstacles + opportunities
• visioning where we want to be in the future
• what customers need and expect, and
• begin to unpack the collective opportunities on how to get there.
This session will provide crucial input that will help shape the definition, development and delivery of a revised Visitor Information model as part of a wider Visitor Servicing Strategy for our region.

 

Who should attend?
This workshop is designed for Visitor Information Centre Managers and their teams and Local Government tourism staff.

Please join us after the workshop for Murray Regional Tourism’s AGM luncheon, which will take place during a cruise along the majestic Murray River on board the MV Mary Ann.
